About Anthem Epoxy Pros

Anthem Epoxy Pros focuses on one thing: coating concrete floors so they hold up to Arizona heat. Garages, patios, pool decks. That’s the work.

Most Anthem homes sit on poured slabs from 1999 or later. Those slabs are in decent shape compared to older Phoenix-area construction, but they still move and crack under summer heat cycling. Maricopa County surface temps regularly climb past 150°F. That’s what causes hot-tire pickup and UV yellowing on exposed coatings, and it’s why we grind, moisture-test, and repair cracks before any topcoat goes down.

When you call for an estimate, a technician looks at your slab, asks about your goals (color, flake, solid, polyaspartic upgrade), and gives you a written scope before scheduling. No surprise add-ons once the crew shows up.

We work within HOA color standards when that matters for your neighborhood, and we’re upfront about cure times so you can plan around garage or patio downtime.
